Medals of Honor are used to pay back for any Dishonors you got in PvP.

(Just kidding too. I don't know what they do, but I'm willing to wait to find out.)

Whatever they give, I just whish they decide to tell as soon, so I can decide if keeping doing bounties everyday is worth it or what. More than ever now that they started reapeating and can soon become very boring.

Yeah. And if it turns out that anet had no other intentions for it at all excepted for novelty purposes, well, that would be the hugest of sucks. Especially for all of us who are looking forward to trading these medals in for the completely unique skins the white mantle are wielding.
